As an on call handyman, we take the burden off property managers to complete repairs in a timely manner, ensuring clients are happy with prompt and professional service.
Homeowners enjoy having one person to call to handle all their needs. We do emergency calls, realizing not all problems happen between 8-4pm. All staff receive yearly background screenings and we have a zero tolerance policy. We make sure you are comfortable and safe with us in your home.
We do Punch Lists for Contractors to complete those overlooked items during construction and for Realtors looking to complete the property inspection report before the final closing. We help you make the sale!
